Cancellations

Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you.  We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50 ($25 for half-hour sessions).  Clients who miss their appointment with us, our therapist not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Scheduling

In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointments as far in advance as possible.  There are instances where a same day request may be fulfilled, but please allow at least a 24 hour notice. All sessions require a $30 non -fundable, non transferable deposit to reserve and secure the desired appointment time. Deposit amount will be deducted from the cost of services rendered.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers:

  • Expire 45 days after purchase dates

  • Non refundable and cannot be transferred to another recipient

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash value

  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers

  • Appointments must be made 48 hours prior to expiration date
